Fried Anchovies From Bon Chovie 

After two Saturdays in a row with events, I finally headed over to Smorgasburg, the Brooklyn Flea’s foodie outpost in Williamburg near the ferry.  The place is pack with all my friends and favorites including Anarchy In A Jar, Brooklyn Grange, Danny Maccaroons, Dough and Red Hook Lobster Pound. However, I wanted try something new, so I made a beeline to Bon Chovie. They do fried anchovies! Yum! Plus you can wash it down with Sambora which is a lemonade with watermelon, lime and orange. I’m guessing the Sambora is named after Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora.
